1. This is filling nozzle of linear filling machine. It is SUS304 material or SUS316 material. There is the small white anti-leakage device in inside of filling nozzlesThere are two light sensors for the bottle feed and bottles out. It can control the air cylinder to stop the bottles feed when there are bottles in the filling machine.This is the material tank on the filling machine. We can custom this tank according to your customer’s needs. It is SUS316 material in inside of tank. Normally, it is 30-200L.This is servo motor, it will control the whole machine. And there are the screw bolt to control the piston pump. So the filling accuracy is very high by servo motor control.

Food (olive oil, sesame paste, sauce, tomato paste, chili sauce,butter,honey etc.) Beverage( juice, concentrated juice). Guarantee of quality:
The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of Manufacturer’s best materials, with first class workmanship, brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality, specification and performance as stipulated in this Contract. Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L date. The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of charge during the quality guarantee period. If the break-down can be due to the improper use or other reasons by the Buyer, the Manufacturer will collect repair parts cost.
Installation and Debugging:
The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the installation and debugging. Cost would be bear on buyer’s side (round way flight tickets, accommodation fees in buyer country). The buyer should provide his site assistance for the installation and debugging
