Overview

This machine is mainly used for the filling production line of reagents and other small-dose products. It can realize automatic feeding, high-precision filling, positioning and capping, high-speed capping, and automatic labeling. This machine adopts mechanical rotation to ensure accurate and stable operation, low noise, low loss, and no air source pollution. The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304, which meets GMP requirements.

1. The equipment operation interface is touch screen, the whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the operation is simple and reliable.            

2. The linear bearing used in the table of the filling machine is German Igus oil-free bearing to avoid product pollution.            

3. Filling by piston ensures the high accuracy, anti-dripping, foaming or splashing.

4. The signals of cylinder operation are detected by respective photoelectric signals and then controlled by PLC output.            

5. The operation mode is generally divided into manual mode and automatic mode.          

6. All parts in contact with the bottle and liquid medicine are made of high-quality AISI304 or AISI316 stainless steel and meeting GMP requirements.

Guarantee of quality:

The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of Manufacturer’s best materials, with first class workmanship, brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality, specification and performance as stipulated in this Contract. Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L date. The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of charge during the quality guarantee period. If the break-down can be due to the improper use or other reasons by the Buyer, the Manufacturer will collect repair parts cost.

Installation and Debugging:

The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the installation and debugging. Cost would be bear on buyer’s side (round way flight tickets, accommodation fees in buyer country). The buyer should provide his site assistance for the installation and debugging
