First of all, it is necessary to do daily inspections.

1. Check and clean the circuit, air circuit, oil circuit and mechanical transmission parts (such as guide rail) before and after operation.

2. In the process of work, conduct spot checks on key parts, find abnormalities, record them, and deal with minor problems before and after work (short time).

3. The assembly line of the automatic filling machine will be shut down for maintenance in a unified manner, a plan for wearing parts will be formulated, and wearing parts will be replaced in advance to prevent accidents.

Since the liquid filling machine is filled with liquid, the container of the liquid filling machine must be kept clean. The filling container used must be strictly inspected and cleaned, and the filled agent must not be contaminated, otherwise it will affect the quality of the product. cause serious hazards.

Then, in addition to the cleaning of the filling machine, it is also necessary to keep the filling workshop clean and tidy. Because it is very taboo in the production process that the production line cannot run normally due to the quality problems of the filling machine itself, so when using the filling machine, it is necessary to pay attention to sterilization, ensure cleanliness, and low-temperature filling. All pipelines, especially those in direct or indirect contact with materials, must be kept clean, brushed every week, drained every day, and sterilized each time; ensure that the filling machine is clean, and brush and sterilize its material tank , to ensure that the parts in contact with the material are free from fouling and bacteria. During the production process, the biological stability and sterilization of the bottled liquid should be guaranteed. Control the time and temperature of sterilization to ensure the effect, and avoid excessive sterilization time or high temperature to reduce liquid oxidation. After sterilization, it should be cooled as soon as possible so that the temperature does not exceed 35°C.

Before the filling machine works each time, use 0-1°C water to lower the temperature of the filling machine tank and the delivery pipeline. When the filling temperature exceeds 4°C, the temperature should be lowered first before filling operation. Use the heat preservation tank and constant temperature filling to keep the material at a certain constant temperature within the specified filling time, so as to avoid the filling machine from working unstable due to excessive temperature changes.

 

In addition, it is advisable to isolate the filling equipment from other equipment. The lubricating part of the filling machine and the filling material part should prevent cross-contamination. The lubrication of the conveyor belt should use special soapy water or lubricating oil.
